OUTLINE:
CLASS #1: October 10th, 2023 - INNATE Postpartum Care & The 5 Essentials of Postpartum Healing
CLASS #2: October 17th, 2023 - The First Three Postpartum Care Essentials
CLASS #3: October 24th, 2023 - The Fourth and Fifth Postpartum Care Essentials
CLASS #4: November 7thth 2023 - Postpartum Planning
CLASS #5: TBD Early 2024 - Community Celebration (held when all Mothers are minimum 6 weeks postpartum)
- Live in-person or live online course for mothers between 20 and 35 weeks gestation with a maximum of 15 families allowed.
- 5 x 3-hour classes on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-8:30 pm. 5th class will be held when all mothers are a minimum of 6 weeks Postpartum.
- Investment: $395 per family paid upon sign-up to reserve your spot. No refunds + classes will not be recorded.
- This class is limited to pregnant women and their families. The INNATE Postpartum Care - Planning for the Fourth Trimester Course is not professional training for birth/health care providers. * Please no children under the age of 12
PURPOSE:
● Introduce INNATE TRADITION'S system of care to our community: Educate women and their families with time-tested postpartum wisdom interwoven with modern science, to support women’s long-term health and vitality.
● Support the creation of/fortify COMMUNITY amongst pregnant families in your respective community.
● Nourish your community with truthful information, helping to lead families in the right direction for an optimal postpartum period- in the name of creating a solid foundation for thriving family systems.
● Help families create postpartum care plans for themselves: PREVENTATIVE medicine (for perinatal mood disorders, divorce, digestive health, pelvic floor health and so many other things!) Postpartum EDUCATION happens prenatally, and postpartum CARE happens postpartum.
