The Postpartum Community Collective was founded with the intention of being in service to Mothers and their Families. Bringing Ceremony into the Postpartum time can help facilitate nourishment, healing, and confident parenting.

CLOSING OF THE BONES CEREMONY

Closing of the Bones is a traditional ceremony acknowledging the changes a woman undergoes in pregnancy and childbirth. Physically, it guides her bones back into place, helps her pelvic organs shift, encourages her uterus to return to pre-pregnancy size, and stimulates blood flow. Energetically, it's an invitation to come back into her body after birth inviting self-love, warmth, and tenderness.
